How Do I Get In Touch Regarding Orders?

How do I know APH Science products are legitimate?

At APH Science, we only stock genuine and legitimate products, we don’t sell fakes, so you can be sure the item you received is genuine.

We have third-party lab results which can be found on our website, on the product page in the image section. More info can also be requested via email.

Do you offer a wholesale discount for bulk buying?

Yes. Just email us at info@aphscience.com and request the amount you need for wholesale purposes and we will adhere to offer a great price.

Can I have information on your products?

We try to give you as much useful info as we can about all our products, including:

  • Pictures
  • Certificates of analysis from third-party source
  • General description of the product
  • The benefits of the productHow to use the product – includes cycle length, dosage for men and women, and product half-life
  • What to stack it with
  • Product results
  • If you need a PCT with this product

What countries do you ship to?

How long does my order take to arrive?

We adhere to send everything the next working day from your purchase. Everything is sent royal mail tracked and signed for and tracking numbers will be provided once we have shipped your item.

International orders will take between 5-10 working days. UK orders will take a maximum of 3-5 working days. 

Can I amend my order once placed?

We are really quick at packing your order, which means that we would be unable to change your order once you have made it. This includes changing the delivery option, delivery address or products in the order.

Returns and Refunds

Am I eligible for a Refund on Lost Products?

Each customer is provided a tracking number and signed for service. Any parcels that are undelivered or not returned back to us unopened are unavailable for a full refund. We accept no responsibility for lost parcels in transit & will have to be followed up with the courier service by the customer. 

We are NOT responsible for customs seizures of any parcels and of which wont be eligible for refund.

Do you ship worldwide?

We ship to the UK and Europe. We no longer ship to the United States of America unfortunately. 

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

Customs Issues/ Brexit?

We still ship worldwide although some countries are charging customs tax due to Brexit so please check your location in correspondence to that. Any parcel that is seized by customs is unfortunately out of our hands and a Refund is ineligible unless the parcel is returned to us.
